Back in Texas

Back to Texas
Well, the day finally came...Aaron left for his deployment on a Naval Submarine.
So I thought it was a good idea to drive 1,615 miles just me, 3 little kids ages 4 and under while pregnant across the USA so that I could be with family. Our first stop was in Louisville, KY to see Savanna and Kevin. A huge thank you for letting us crash at your new place and climb/wrestle you for a whole day. I hope my fixing your couch was in a small way saying how grateful I was!

After watching my crazy kids all Sunday I'm just dreading the drive to Childress. The original plan was to drive 7 hrs and stop at a hotel. Well, I thought it would be a brilliant plan to just drive the rest of the 14 hrs in one day. So that's what I did. And although it was long I'm glad I did it. We got to Childress before Nana and Papa even got home from their trip and to be there when Diana had their newest baby Emma!

I was so emotionally and physically exhausted but so glad to be in Childress with family! Deployment is hard. Everything else is just my kiddos being Tosseys.

Ashlyn started this and apparently it was hilarious cause Carter started doing it too.

Jax probably went through whole role of tape before we had to hide them all. Ashlyn has new found enjoyment of dressing herself and Nana's books, not the kid books, just the adult book shelf.
Woke up to this, Ashlyn in Papa's dirty work hat and iPad.

It looks like we brought the rain with us from Virginia, enjoying the "flowers"

Jordyn played dress up just about every single day. Jax spent most of his time outside exploring and seems to be getting tougher. I didn't even know about this bruise till later that day, he had fallen out of the fort.
