Tossey Family: Tossey Family Reunion in Charelston

Tossey Family Reunion 2015

Charleston, SC

July 30th - August 2nd

So about a year ago Aaron and I decided we wanted to get a Tossey Reunion together. The last time we where all together was when Jax was 3 months old at Disney World. So we started planning and Aaron and I where in charge of this first official reunion and boy was it fun! I think everyone was really excited to be here cause they all showed up a day early, which of course we didn't mind one bit. But since it wasn't planned we just hung out and those that where already there came to Aaron and my's last softball game.

July 29th 2015

Our season hadn't been going real well but this game was actually really fun(even though we lost). They finally put Aaron and me in position we should be in and we played well. I don't think they realized Aaron was the game changer. Aaron had to have had 5-6 catches out in center field and I didn't mess up at first base. Also Aaron stole home and I made it home at least once as well (which being 1 of 2 girls on the team I thought was pretty good).

Day 1

The official start of the Tossey Family Reunion! We started with a family opener where I gave a rundown of the actives and did a game with all the baby pictures in the family. Then Aaron gave a wonderful lesson on personal revelation and had a good discussion.

Day 2

31 July 2015

Got up and headed to Charleston Naval Base. Here we had Grandpa tell us more about when he was stationed here in Charleston.

Then we headed downtown, Grandma rode with us.

Then we split and walked downtown and ate lunch. Somehow we ended up with these crazy people! jk

Last for the day we headed to the beach. The weather held up for us which I was really happy about.

Day 3

1 August 2015

So unintentionally I took no pictures at Lake Moutrie, but everyone had a good time. Aaron drove the boat all day while we took turns knee boarding and tubing. Then ended with a pretty competitive game of volleyball, with Chris, Nevaeh, AJ and I being the victors! (I won't say who lost;)

Then we wrangled Geno into making steaks for us, which of course was awesome!

This is one thing I had been looking forward to, the dividing of the boxes from the storage unit. There were so many neat things in there, but I just didn't want to hang onto them all for fear of them getting destroyed in a move. And yeah for more room in the garage!
