 Ashlyn received a beautiful blessing and of course is also so beautiful herself and was perfect for the blessing. 

 She is wearing the same blessing dress and blanket that her Grandmother Tossey made for Jordyn's baby blessing.

 We love this little one already so much! She is such a good baby and people ask me all the time what it's like with making the transition from 2-3 kids and I tell them; It's just slower because of having to nurse every 3ish hours but it's funny because to me it feels like she's always been a part of our family. She just fits!

Tooth, Service and Play

 Just a couple of goofies!   

So a while back Jordyn had fallen out of a swing and chipped her tooth (I was so upset!). We go to a Pediactic Dentist and get it "fixed." So I thought that everything was great. Then we went in for a check up just before I have Ashlyn and find out that she has an infection because the root was exposed. Now the option is to either pull the tooth or do a "baby root canal" but our dentist discouraged it because the percentage of it working were really low.

So we decide to chance it and try and save the tooth. So with a lot of prayers and some fasting Jordyn had her procedure. They said they couldn't have asked for a better pacient...6 weeks later brings us to this day, to see if the root canal worked...and so far so good! Our dentist said the tooth could still get infected but if it would you normally see it at this point. So we are really hoping nothing show up but it's looking good!

 Day out on the town was too much for Jax at first! haha We decided to go to one of our new favorite spots, East Bay Deli then to Sports Authority

Easter

Happy Easter

Here in Charleston there are 2 military bases. Aaron works at the Naval Weapons Station, there is also an air base. We have more friends over on the air base due to where we live so we went with them to the Easter egg hunt the Saturday before.

 It was really nice that they split the age groups up so Jordyn was up first.

 Then Jax waited for his turn.  We (Amy, Alisha and I) joked how we were staking out a good place to start from so that our kids could get the most candy...like they needed any more candy!

So funny story...

I never look at the base newspaper, but! I happened to be picking up a prescription at the clinic, picked up the paper and looked at the Easter activities from the previous week and there I was on the fence trying to get a picture of Jax hunting his eggs.

I wanted to talk the kids to feed the ducks one day and take Jax fishing. So after we had feed the ducks I was just letting the kids play and Jax fish when I noticed Jordyn was getting a little close to the edge. So I told her to be careful and not get to close to the edge and then I turn to see her feet sticking up out of the water! I run over just as she get's herself turned right side up. Poor girl came up with a mouth full of moss! haha! needless to say that ended our adventure for the day =) it was adorable to hear her walking back to the van (squish, squish). Then it was just like the cartoons where you pour all the water out of your shoes.
