 Another Free Saturday at Cypress Gardens! This time we had quite the crew. Amy, Rex and Marcus Layne and Alysha, Alex and Samantha Collins and of course Me, Jax and Jordyn.

 We were even brave enough to get in a boat with 3 moms, 3 2year old boys and 3 babies. The guy helping out with the boats was really, really hesitant to let us go out by ourselves. But we did it and everything was great until right before we pulled back in Jordyn exploded all over me!!! I had poop all over the right side of my shorts! yes yes I know, it was quite the show!

But we saw an alligator!!! can you see it?



One of Aaron's best friends was in the south so we made a trip to Atlanta to see Phillip Stewart
We really enjoyed the time there and I went to my first MLB game!! The Atlanta Braves.

Independence Day Celebrations

We did not do much this year to celebrate because Aaron had to go into work at 2200. So we just knew we wouldn't make it back in time for work if we went to a firework show. So Aaron went and got a few of our own and we did sparklers in the parking lot =)

Jax, Jordyn and I saw 2 firework shows this year. The first one was out at Marrington. we were close and it was pretty loud, so I told Jax to cover his ears. Now anytime there are any fireworks he covers his ears.

 The second show was out at Short Stay. Jax loves fireworks, now he just randomly makes the sound for fireworks, "BOOM!"

Sis. Argie Clark moved into the North Charleston Ward a few months ago and she rode with us to church every Sunday. She since has moved out but we were so excited to have her call and tell us she was going through the temple and invited us to come. She is so fun and just loves spoiling our children!

It was a beautiful day and we could not be more happy for Sis. Clark!!!

I love coming to these swamp gardens and the best part...it's free!!! yep every 3rd saturday Berkley County residents get in free.

 You can take a row boat out but i didn't attempt it this time with just me and two kids.

 The butterfly museum is really neat and they have their own "working observation beehive."

Aaron one night decided he wanted surf and turf but did not want to go out to eat for it. So this is his creation. Salmon, Rice, Shrimp and Steak  with Salad and it was amazing!!! Aaron doesn't cook often because he works so much but when he does...I love it!!!

Another one checked off of our bucket list for things to see and do before we leave Charleston!

We had planned to go see Fort Sumter with my Mom, but then I went into labor. So we traded my Mom for Aaron's! It was pretty cool!

 I'm terrible I didn't even get a picture with Melinda! She came to see us just after we got back from Texas and stayed for a couple days.
